On September 19, 20007 a new era in travel technology and automation solutions was ushered in with the acquisition of Openfares by Air Bargains, Inc. Air Bargains, Inc. is a US based technology company specializing in the field.

The marriage of the two companies provides a unique pool of strengths in the market, resulting in a myriad of benefits and enhancements to you, our clients and partners. We are now able to offer you the tools necessary to grow your business. A higher level of customer service and a larger team of dedicated programmers will have an immediate positive impact on your business operations.

The Openfares team with whom you have worked with will remain intact.

Mr. Mercier will be the Director for new product design and engineering. Mr. Beliveau, Openfares' senior programmer will manage the Openfares team of programmers. Mr. Beliveau will be assisted by the programmers whom you have come to know, Stephane Guimond, Frederic Leveille and those who will join the team.

Mr. Paul Tong, Openfares new CEO, brings with him 20 years experience in providing IT solutions. A graduate in computer science from University of Waterloo, Canada, he spent his early years in Toronto, Canada building an IT company providing solutions for businesses migrating from mainframes, minis to the microcomputers world that we all enjoy today. Mr. Tong's technical background and global marketing experience will add enormous value to our company, clients and partners and help deliver long-term sustainable value to their stakeholders.
